Lien Sale Rules

  • Sale is CASH only, payable immediately following the sale.
  • Do not bid more than you have in your possession. Bids not paid in full following the sale may be nullified.
  • All purchasers must post a nonrefundable $100.00 cash deposit at the time the bid has been won. (This means of for any reason the buyer does not consummate the sale immediately after the auction, the deposit will be forfeited.)
  • There will be no working on purchased vehicle on our property at any time.
  • Any person who causes a disturbance, fails to follow directions, or is tampering with vehicles will be asked to leave and not allowed to participate in auction activities.
  • All vehicles are sold as is. No guarantees or warranties given or implied.
  • Vehicles are to be removed immediately after payment. Vehicles not removed will be charged a daily storage fee.
  • Buyers must register vehicles at the DMV within five days.
  • Vehicles may have delinquent DMV charges. Vehicles may not conform to smog standards in California.
  • We have a representative of the company protecting our interests in the vehicles.
  • A minimum of $50.00 will be charged for any paperwork needed after the vehicle is sold on the sale date.
  • ALL SALE ARE FINAL. No refunds or credits.
  • All purchasers must provide a valid California driver’s license or I.D. card.
  • All paperwork will be filled out as quickly as possible. Any harassment of office staff will only delay the process.
